Interviewster is your digital guide to interview preparation and professional development with cutting-edge AI tools. Our app combines voice input, image-to-text conversion, and integration with leading AI models to generate actionable insights.
1.1. These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the software application (the "Service") provided by Icelus Studio ("Company", "we", "our"), a company registered in Poland, a member state of the European Union.
1.2. By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any of its terms, please do not use the Service.

  • API Keys: Access credentials purchased directly by the User from third-party providers (e.g., OpenAI). The Service acts solely as a wrapper to facilitate integration with these services.
  • Content: All textual, graphical, and software data made available through the Service.

3. Acceptance of Terms
3.1. By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you unconditionally accept this Agreement.
3.2. The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. The updated version will be posted on the Service’s website. Continued use of the Service after such modifications indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

4. Description of the Service
4.1. Icelus Studio provides a desktop application that enables Users to connect their API keys—purchased directly from third-party providers—and use features powered by ChatGPT and DeepSeek. The Service also offers voice-to-text conversion and image-to-text translation.
4.2. The Service is targeted primarily at job seekers and individuals requiring these specific functionalities.
4.3. The Service integrates with two free third-party applications, which the User must install and configure independently.
4.4. Extended Functionality:
In addition to the core features, the Service offers extended functionalities such as advanced integration with external AI models for enhanced interview preparation, creative content processing, and digital transformation tools. Through seamless API key integration, Interviewster acts as a gateway to cutting-edge AI-powered solutions that empower you to unlock new professional opportunities and enhance your skills. Our advanced integration with ChatGPT transforms your spoken words and visual inputs into actionable insights, helping you prepare effectively for your career challenges.

5. Prohibited Activities and Acceptable Use Policy
5.1. Fraud Prohibition:
"It is prohibited to use generated responses to mislead. The application is provided for preparation purposes only."
Users shall not use any output provided by the Service to deceive or mislead third parties.
5.2. Acceptable Use Requirements:
In addition to the fraud prohibition, you agree that you will not:
  • Record another person’s voice without obtaining their explicit prior consent and providing clear notification, unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.
  • Engage in any activities designed to mislead, deceive, or otherwise manipulate other individuals.
  • Extract or copy sensitive information (personal or private) from images processed by the image-to-text functionality.
  • Engage in spamming, hacking, or any unauthorized access or use of the Service.
5.3. The restrictions in this section are intended solely to prevent misuse of the Service and ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements, and shall not be interpreted as limiting any lawful activities.

6. Payment Terms and Refund Policy
6.1. Payment for the Service:
The Service is sold as a standalone application. You are responsible for paying the applicable fee as set forth at the time of purchase.
6.2. API Keys:
API keys are not sold by Icelus Studio. Instead, Users must independently purchase API keys directly from third-party providers. Icelus Studio provides only the integration “wrapper” for these keys.
6.3. Refund Policy and Right of Withdrawal:
All payments for the Service are final. By proceeding with the purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that, once the Service has commenced, you have waived your right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection directives. No refunds will be provided for the application purchase, except as otherwise required by applicable law.

  • Add the application to your shopping cart.
  • Complete the secure checkout process using the provided payment methods.
  • Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive a download link.

7. Intellectual Property
7.1. All content, software, logos, designs, and other materials provided through the Service are the property of Icelus Studio or its licensors.
7.2. You are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any of the materials provided through the Service without prior written consent from Icelus Studio.
7.3. License Grant:
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Icelus Studio hereby grants you a non-transferable, non-sublicensable, exclusive license for personal use only to access and use the Service. You may not redistribute, resell, or otherwise transfer the Service or any portion thereof to any third party. Any breach of these licensing terms will result in the termination of your license.
7.4. Reverse Engineering and Modification Prohibition:
You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or underlying algorithms of the Service. Any such attempt will be considered a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate termination of your license.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
8.1. No Warranty:
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or suitability for any particular purpose.
8.2. Limitation of Liability:
Except as prohibited by mandatory law, our total liability under this Agreement, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall be limited as follows:
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service.
  • Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude our liability for (a) death or personal injury caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct, or (b) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
8.3. User Responsibility:
Any actions you take with the Service that exceed the provided usage instructions are at your own risk. Icelus Studio shall not be responsible for any consequences arising from such actions.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
9.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Poland and the applicable provisions of EU law, including GDPR and consumer protection regulations.
9.2. Any disputes arising in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved by the courts in Poland. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this Agreement shall prevent a consumer from bringing claims in the courts of their domicile if such right is provided under mandatory consumer protection laws.

10. Privacy and Data Protection
10.1. The Privacy Policy, which is available on our website at [Interviewster.com], is hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement. It provides detailed information on how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data, as well as your rights as a data subject.
10.2. Since our Service is a desktop application that operates locally, we do not actively collect or transmit personal data from within the application. Any personal data entered by the User is processed solely on the User’s device.

11. Additional Provisions
11.1. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
11.2. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Icelus Studio regarding your use of the Service and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
11.3. Icelus Studio reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be posted on our website.
11.4. Any actions taken by you that fall outside the scope of the Service’s intended use, as described in the user instructions, are solely at your own risk and responsibility. Icelus Studio is not liable for any outcomes resulting from such actions.
11.5. AI-Generated Content:
  • AI models are used to generate responses. We guarantee their transparency and the absence of manipulative algorithms (Article 52 of the AI Act).
  • We are not responsible for any inaccuracies or errors generated by AI models.
  • AI is used exclusively to assist in interview preparation, and the User is responsible for the accuracy of the generated responses.
  • The use of the Service is governed by the provisions of this Agreement and the Acceptable Use Policy.
11.6. User Guidelines for Audio Recording and AI Usage:
By using Interviewster, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
  • Prohibition on Deception:
  • Interviewster is designed solely for personal improvement and interview preparation. You must not use the Service to deceive or mislead interviewers or any other individuals. Any attempt to manipulate the output to create fraudulent responses is strictly prohibited.
  • Audio Recording Consent:
  • If you choose to use the audio recording feature, you are solely responsible for ensuring that you have obtained explicit consent from all parties before recording. In jurisdictions where recording without consent is illegal, you must clearly notify all involved parties that recording is taking place. Failure to do so will render you fully liable for any legal consequences.
  • User Responsibility:
  • Any configuration of the Service that directs its features (such as recording or transcription) to purposes other than personal development or interview preparation is at your own risk. Interviewster provides tools to enhance your skills and should not be used for any unlawful or deceptive practices.
  • Disclaimer:
  • Icelus Studio expressly disclaims any responsibility for misuse of the audio recording and transcription features. You agree that any violation of these guidelines, including the failure to notify others about recording, is solely your responsibility.
11.7. Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Icelus Studio, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
11.8. Representations and Warranties:
Each party represents and warrants that it has full power and authority to enter into this Agreement and that it will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with its provision or use of the Service.
11.9. Assignment:
Neither party may assign or transfer any part of this Agreement without the prior written consent of the other, except to an Affiliate provided that such Affiliate agrees in writing to be bound by these Terms and the assigning party remains liable for any obligations under this Agreement.
11.10. Change of Control:
In the event of a change of control of either party (e.g., through a merger, acquisition, or similar corporate transaction), the affected party shall notify the other in writing within thirty (30) days. The other party may then terminate this Agreement within thirty (30) days of receipt of such notice if it does not agree with the change.
11.11. Force Majeure:
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance under this Agreement due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or other unforeseeable events.
11.12. No Agency and No Waiver:
This Agreement does not create any agency, partnership, or joint venture between the parties. The failure of either party to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
11.13. Confidential Information:
"Confidential Information" means any information disclosed by one party to the other that is designated as confidential or that reasonably should be understood to be confidential. Confidential Information does not include information that is publicly known or independently developed by the recipient.
